Chieftain Kevinne Blightheart was a Reachman leader of the Boneshaper Clan active in 2E 582.[1] He made an alliance with two other Reachfolk clans: the Rageclaws and the Stonetalons and signed the treaty on 3rd of the Frost Fall in 2E 582.[2] The clans aligned themselves with the Cult of the Black Worm, which promised power and blessings of Molag Bal.[3][4][5] and invaded the Rift in 2E 582.[1][2]

Under his leadership, the Boneshaper Clan participated in warfare-related activities. They surrounded the Shor's Stone, choked off passage between Stony Basin and the Riften valley,[1] kidnapped local miners, and used tunnels as a site for their rituals to resurrect Sinmur's spirit.[6][7][8] His people also practiced espionage and worked with agents of the Daggerfall Covenant[9][10]

Ultimately the Reachmen alliance was defeated, however. Their allied forces, led by Stral Blackthroat, were vanquished in the Vernim Woods,[11] and their attack on the Boulderfall Pass was stopped.[12] Kevinne, together with other clan leaders: Vivian Witchclaw of the Stonetalons and Lydi Snowpelt of the Rageclaws was defeated by the King's Arrow at the encampment west of Boulderfall Pass, as per request of dying Ebonheart Pact soldier Melril.[13][14] The future of the clan following his death is unknown, but their invasion of the Rift was thwarted.[11][15]
