When you're editing, it's always a good idea to leave edit summaries to explain the changes you have made to a particular page, and remember to sign your talk page posts with four tildes ~~~~. Or you can use the 'Signature with timestamp' button above the edit box. Also, the "show preview" button is a great way to view the changes you've made so far without actually saving the page (our patrollers really appreciate it!).

Feel free to practice editing in the sandbox or create your own sandbox here here and then clicking 'start article'. You can discuss the games at the forums. Show Preview

Hello and welcome to UESPWiki! Thanks for your interest in the wiki; however, you seem to have been making multiple edits to a page by not using the show preview button, clogging up the Recent Changes in the process. We appreciate your enthusiasm, but keep in mind that each edit needs to be patrolled, so multiple consecutive edits create an unnecessary hassle on those who patrol. So please utilize this feature! Userpage

Making your own userboxes is really easy and fun. Try copying this one as a template:

This user is female. And therefore awesome ;)

You can change the image, the writing, and even the box's color to whatever you want. Another thing you could do to your user page is add an image. Doesn't have to be of anything in particular. It could be of a Khajiit (since you said you were a Khajiit ;)), or of your favorite birthsign in Oblivion. Try taking a look at this mashup(the bit at the bottom) of my user page for ideas.
