Belated Welcome![edit]

Hiya Microbat! Have a belated welcome to UESPWiki. Here's the usual list of useful pages, since you've been around a while but they're always nice to have around: Policies and Guidelines, Help Contents, Quick Editing Guide, and Getting Started. It's good to see you editing again.

Anyway, welcome again and have fun! — ABCface 19:21, 22 January 2013 (GMT)

Ayleid Ruins[edit]

Hi there. I believe there are 54 ruins - as listed on the category page. http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Category:Oblivion-Places-Ayleid_Ruins. Oblivion:Abagarlas doesn't count as its a redirect. --Jimeee (talk) 16:29, 30 May 2014 (GMT)

Some are plug-in related and some are unmarked. Same amount of the page I was on, but three of which do not count towards markers or are part of the vanilla game without expansions.— Unsigned comment by Microbat (talkcontribs) at 13:17 on 30 May 2014
Ah, good point. 51 it is! :P --Jimeee (talk) 17:27, 30 May 2014 (GMT)
Do you happen to know off-hand which ones don't count? We have 54 Ayleid Ruins listed on Oblivion:Places, so I'd like to make sure that any unusual ones are noted properly. Robin Hood  (talk) 16:03, 7 August 2014 (GMT)
No, I did this months ago. I can take a look later, when I'm less busy. I'll have to read each one through again, but I have the time. School holidays and all. Not the most productive way to spend it nor the most fun, but I don't mind.Microbat (talk) 16:50, 7 August 2014 (GMT)
Also, I have found every place on my game. I went through every single place in every section. That was one of the things that helped me build the expansion pack section on the 100% page. I'm pretty sure I didn't make a mistake, as I spent hours upon hours on the places found. However, I am merely human. But even if the ruins are incorrect, that'd add to the places found, not take away. I actually both added places to the final add up and took places away. If you yourself want to check through these, as I did, feel free. And make sure to consider every location; to see if it's DLC or a place that has no place marker.
It's kind of stressful for me, because I spent days working on the expansions and updating the fame and places found, and now this is all on me. I've changed so much on the page, so I could have screwed up big time somewhere.Microbat (talk) 16:57, 7 August 2014 (GMT)
There's no rush or anything, and I'll try to figure it out myself. I was just hoping you might know off-hand. Robin Hood  (talk) 17:13, 7 August 2014 (GMT)
Yo, I looked at the Fame for the Main Quest. Turns out, Blood of the Divines and Paradise are incorrectly documented as giving +2 and +2 Fame, but they don't give Fame in Vanilla (only gives Fame with UOPatch). This means that Max Fame in Vanilla is 198, meaning your KotN save of 206 Fame is correct! Yimmeryams (talk) 07:15, 12 August 2014 (GMT)
