Hello there! I am an Orc named Kharwog, and I am the most famous mercenary in all of Tamriel.

Having a love for adventure, I have traveled the continent making many friends and enemies along the way. My best friends are a Wood elf named Mungaroth who lives in Morrowind and an Argonian named Johogie living in Cyrodiil. I have lived in Mournhold, Falinesti, Wayrest, Sentinel, the Imperial City, and now Solitude.

Welcome[edit]

Hello Kharwog! Welcome to UESPWiki. It's always good to have new members. If you would like to help improve any of our pages, you may want to take a look at the following links:

If you, on the other hand, would like to spice up your userpage, take a look at this link:

  • Userboxes: near complete list of userboxes, including a guide to make your own

When you're editing, it's always a good idea to leave edit summaries to explain the changes you have made to a particular page, and remember to sign your talk page posts with four tildes ~~~~. Also, the "show preview" button is a great way to view the changes you've made so far without actually saving the page (our patrollers really appreciate it!).

Feel free to practice editing in the sandbox or discuss the games in the forums. If you need any help, don't hesitate to contact one of our mentors. Have fun! --Kitkat TalkContribE-mail 23:39, 31 December 2011 (UTC)

Advice[edit]

Hello and welcome to UESPWiki! Thank you for your interest in contributing to the site! However, keep in mind that we have forums for informal discussion about the games. Definitely feel free to join in! If you still want to help us out here, feel free to improve articles you come across. You may want to look over our style guide and Getting Started guide. Please ask if you have any questions. ThuumofReason (talk) 17:30, 5 July 2013 (GMT)

Advice (2)[edit]

Hiya Kharwog! Thanks for your contributions to the wiki, you've been helpful in your additions as well as in bringing up relevant discussion. :) However, you seem to have been making multiple edits to a page by not using the show preview button, and clogging up the Recent Changes page in the process. We appreciate your enthusiasm, but keep in mind that each edit needs to be patrolled, and multiple consecutive edits create an unnecessary hassle on those who patrol. So please utilize this feature!

In addition, I've noticed that when posting on talk pages, you have either forgotten to indent and/or sign your posts, or you have signed manually with just your username. As a courtesy to other editors, please sign your posts with a link to your userpage or talk page included, as well as the date. To do so, simply add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comments, or click the signature button above the edit window (it's the second-to-last one in my browser, and says "Your signature with timestamp" when hovering over it). Your user name and the date will then be automatically added along with a timestamp when you save your comment, to save you the trouble of adding it manually. Signing your comments helps readers understand who is involved in a discussion, provides them with a link to your user/talk page for further discussion, and shows when a discussion took place. To indent your comments properly, use colons ( : ) before each line of your reply. Use one more colon than the post above yours. Thank you. Feel free to ask if you have any questions. Happy editing! :) — ABCface 20:12, 11 July 2013 (GMT)
