Dragons or Ysmir[edit]

I'm 100% certain that the dragon in the video is Ysmir, but my edit was undone. I acknowledge that it may not be, but I'm certain that it's not. At the very least, it's one dragon, not hinting to multiple dragons returning. I'm new to wikis, so I'm not sure if it only deals in absolutes and I'm unaware of the standard protocols. All the existing lore points to that one dragon being Ysmir. An entire extinct race is far less likely to return than a god to make an appearance somewhere in the game.

Just thought I'd throw this out on the Internet in case I'm the first person to successfully understand the video, as all the other lore buffs are still working on it. I don't care if it's added to the article now, but if it eventually is when the game is released, I want to have been the first person to have known it. It's pointless to debate right now, but we'll see for certain in a year on whether this article should have that edit or not. Sch 07:00, 12 December 2010 (UTC)

That is perfectly fine with me, but I reverted your edit to avoid guesswork on the Main Page, which is the first thing people see when they visit the site. Words like "Probably", "Maybe" and the hundreds of similar expressions are not really suitable for this Wiki. I tend to agree with you, though, so I think it would be interesting to hear you back up your theory and provide the necessary, informative links - this is not the talk page to use, so preferably on your own user/talk page. When you are finished, simply provide a link on the Community Portal, so we can get the discussion going. --Krusty 07:38, 12 December 2010 (UTC)

Dovahkiin[edit]

Yes, the naming is surely "Dovahkiin". See http://twitter.com/bethblog

"Also for those interested in entering the Tamriel spelling bee - the name in the trailer is Dovahkiin"
