• • We’re holding a little contest on the wiki to create the quest pages for Greymoor. Pick any side quest or daily quest and get started!  Whoever writes the most complete pages (Quick Walkthrough, Detailed Walkthrough and Stages) by the end of the PTS will get our last Bristlegut Piglet 2014 convention exclusive pet code! (Blackreach Quests and Western SkyrimQuests for applicable quests)
  • We are changing up the way that we record this podcast to try and fix some of the Audio issues we’ve been having
    • As a result of that, the episode may not be available until Tuesday while I get that workflow figured out.

• Patch 5.3.9 dropped today for PC & Mac, just a few small fixes.
• Also PTS patch 6.0.3. MANY fixes for the Antiquities system. Renamed Vampiric Wolves to Death Hounds for consistency with Dawnguard! Some more changes to Vampire passives.
• Meet the Character: Princess Svana. She sounds badass! News Post
• ESO’s Twitter is running “Vampire Week” to determine the most popular vampire character in the series. Ravenwatch must lose this contest. Tweet

  • Slightly odd list - where is Count Janus Hassildor? Or Babette, or Lamae Bal, or Adusa-daro!!! Or Valerica? Or Movarth Piquine or Arch-Curate Vyrthur!
  • I’m just gonna say, none of the Morrowind vampires MATTERED. No one really cared about those characters. They were likely trying to avoid having too much Skyrim in the list, but part of the problem with that is Skyrim is the original province to be inflicted by vampirism, it makes sense for more vampire characters to have ties to that province than not. Plus the ones they chose are completely dull.
• The limited-edition Siegemaster’s Warhorse mount with HORSE ARMOR had to be hastily removed from the Crown Store last week after text was left in its tooltip revealing that it was originally intended to be a PvP reward!

• This week’s limited-edition Crown Store stuff, available from 2pm GMT / 10am EDT May 14th to May 18th at the same time is:
  • The Moon-Sugar Festival Suit and the Alabaster Jerboa pet, both returns to the Crown Store, so ESO Plus Members will receive a discount.
  • The new Pride of Alkosh Hero Statue, which is large - The Pride of Alkosh Hero brandishes an hourglass lantern while in a victory stance over a vanquished Dragon.
  • Also the Gloomspore Wolf Pup is in the Crown Store from now until May 18 at 2pm GMT / 10am EDT.
• A REMINDER: The New Moon Priest motif is currently a guaranteed drop (with a 20 hour cooldown) from the Dragonguard Supply Chest, but it wasn't supposed to be. This will be 'fixed' when Greymoor releases so make sure to grab it as often as you can until then.

[1]  “Given the many challenges we're facing due to the pandemic, we will not host a digital Showcase in June. We have lots of exciting things to share about our games and look forward to telling you more in the coming months.”

Topic: TES 6 Recap Show!

• Pete Hines recently let us know to not expect to see any real news about TES 6 for a couple of years
• Pete Hines responded to a message on Twitter asking for the release date of TESVI. He reminded people that Starfield is coming out first, and they don’t really have much to say on TESVI until their current game comes out. Some news outlets ran with this story because TESVI gets traffic.

I think most people knew that this was true. I think it’s more that people really really want TESVI, to the point people just kind of ignore Starfield. The other issue is that Starfield has been so quiet. Starfield has a Twitter, and it’s super quiet. Twitter Link

We’re almost about to pass them in followers, in fact! It’s getting kind of crazy how much they aren’t talking about that game. Like, there’s some evidence that going back, Bethesda has been wanting to make their own space adventure series all the way back to the 90s. I kind of feel that Starfield is based on that initial desire.

It’s hard to be excited about a game when you have no idea what it’s about beyond the name. Maybe people would be more excited about Starfield if we knew anything about it!!
