Tes3Mod:Mod Ideas

This page should of probably gone at the same time that it's counterpart was deleted (The deletion review for Tes4Mod:Mod Ideas can be seen here for those who aren't aware of it). The reasonings provided for deleting the Tes4 version all apply here as well, with the added bonus that it seems weird to maintain this page without it's twin in Tes4Mod space. Besides its historical value at this point, there isn't really a reason we should be keeping this.
