Vilungil

Vilungil is a High Elf Barrister described as "pedantic and unscrupulous, just like a lawyer should be" by his occasional client, Vermilius Vendicci. Indeed, during the events of Andothren Regained, it becomes clear that Vilungil acts as something of a fixer for the Camonna Tong, with records of his dealings and payments of hush money hidden away within the basement of his house.

In the event that a truce is settled between the Thieves Guild and the Tong, Camonna Tong strongman Vals Varano will promise to deal with the Altmer, who he describes as a rat.
