Uvo Brin

Uvo Brin is the spectral Dark Elf leader of the Speakers of the Dead organization that operates within the structure of the Tribunal Temple. As he puts it, "it's not just an appointment for life, it's an appointment for afterlife too."

It is Uvo who explains the role of the Speakers following your induction, and that they are meant to be a voice for spirits otherwise too weak to make themselves heard or understood. As a consequence of the ritual performed on you during Speaker for the Dead, many of these spirits will become less hostile, with the fight value of Ancestor Ghosts being reduced to 30. The Speakers' other duties include the transport of ashes to Necrom, and Uvo may reminisce of how he once had to carry six such urns at once down to the city below in the time of his own life.

While Speaker quests are largely given by Vaden Baro alone, Uvo does have a role during The Face Stealer, where you must report back on a strange encounter in Nalad.
