Map of Khalaan Sewers. 1. Exit to Mothandril Manor (the way to Lord District). 2. Zraal, the Man-Eater (who can teleport you to Vorthas Uldun). 3. Exit to Earth Bowels (the way to the Daedric Fortress). 4. A Daedric Chest, and location of Kynreeve Myrahaz. 5. Ravyer Veslo (quest giver: An Undying Rivalry) 6. Rarunsi Tervthi (quest giver: The Anguished Crux) 7. Exit to Vedas Mansion (the way to Old Landing). 8. Exit to Rivaal Manor Basement (the way to St. Delyn Plaza).

Quick Walkthrough

1. Meet Rarunsi Tervthi in Khalaan's Sewers (No. 6 on the map).
2. Fight your way to the Blood Ruin in Khalaan.
   • (Sewers > Earth Bowels > Wounded Chasm > Desolate Tower > Ruined Burg > Blood Ruin), OR complete Through A Clannfear, Darkly and defeat Lord Methats Uldun for the Blood Ruin key.
3. Search the Black Heart of the Accursed before the throne on which the skeleton sits, and retrieve the Anguished Crux from it.
4. Return to Rarunsi Tervthi for the reward.

10		A Temple priestess known as Rarunsi Tervthi in the Khalaan sewers asked me to retrieve a certain gemstone for her. It apparently contains the souls of the dead that no longer reside in this realm. She hopes to destroy it, and I will be rewarded once I bring it to her. I should start searching for it in one of the daedric towers here.
50		I have found the Anguished Crux.
100	Finishes quest	Rarunsi Tervthi thanked me for bringing her the Anguished Crux by rewarding me with an enchanted robe. She will destroy the gem once she finds a way to do it.
