1. Meet Zraal the Man-Eater in Khalaan's Sewers (No. 2 on the map).
2. Accept its offer.

Map of Khalaan Sewers. 1. Exit to Mothandril Manor (the way to Lord District). 2. Zraal, the Man-Eater (who can teleport you to Vorthas Uldun). 3. Exit to Earth Bowels (the way to the Daedric Fortress). 4. A Daedric Chest, and location of Kynreeve Myrahaz. 5. Ravyer Veslo (quest giver: An Undying Rivalry) 6. Rarunsi Tervthi (quest giver: The Anguished Crux) 7. Exit to Vedas Mansion (the way to Old Landing). 8. Exit to Rivaal Manor Basement (the way to St. Delyn Plaza).

Notes

• Vorthas Uldun is the location of Lord Methats Uldun, a powerful Dremora Markynaz (essentially, a Dremora duke) occupying a large fortress that sprawls across Khalaan. As getting to it otherwise requires an extremely challenging dungeon crawl, this quest represents an easier means of accessing the Markynaz.

20		I have encountered a Clannfear in the Khalaan Sewers. He has proposed to me that I should be eaten by him. I have decided to not fight the daedra, and to have mercy. The Clannfear let me walk away, but suggests that I reconsider, as he said there is a "secret path" if I was to come back.
21		I returned to the Clannfear and have turned down his offer again.
30	Finishes quest	I have encountered a Clannfear in the Khalaan Sewers. He has proposed to me that I should be eaten by him. I decided to be consumed by the daedra. I have been teleported to a different part of Khalaan.
31	Finishes quest	I have returned to the Clannfear and accepted to be consumed. I have been teleported to a different part of Khalaan.
32	Finishes quest	I have killed the Clannfear here in the sewers.
