Shinammu

Shinammu is a Dark Elf Nightblade found within Ibinai cave, in the flank of Mount Annu. A merciless killer, he is responsible for the recent slaughter of a caravan in the Armun Ashlands, leaving only one alive. This was the individual that Shinammu deemed the strongest. Shinammu wishes to turn this person, Rels Uvalor, into a vampire under his control, and (if you are a vampire yourself) will seek your help in accomplishing this.
