Raal Grotto is a Roth Roryn grotto southwest of Gol Mok, occupied by a mad Mer.

Slaughterfish patrol the waters, with some having been fenced into a compound for purposes unknown. A chest on the pier at the southeast of the cave contains the enchanted Utu-Ihha's Dreugh Club (constant effect Swift Swim 15pts). Inside the cabin on the water lives the hostile Bosmer, Uurathor. A Dreugh Shield is on the top shelf inside the cabin.
