Mzankh is a large Dwemer ruin near Helnim.
The site can be seen from a distance, but there's no easy way to reach it. Climb or levitate into the mountains and you should find one of the two entrances.
It is a fairly typical Dwemer ruin, with centurions guarding the usual hoard of ingredients and machinery, but it includes several malfunctioning pieces of equipment that must be fixed to grant access to the final treasure room.
One of these, a burnt fuse, is found in the Halls of Reason and must be replaced with a Dwemer Tube. To do so, the lock on its casing must be picked. The other two fixable objects are found in the Brass Forge. A sparking pipe found in a locked side area must be fixed with a piece of Dwemer Wire, and a burst pipe can be covered with some Dwemer Rubber and Scrap Metal. The necessary items are found scattered around the ruin.
Once all three are fixed, the treasure room on the southwest side of the Brass Forge can be entered by using the nearby crank. It contains the usual Dwemer artifacts as well as a few weapons with Fortify Attribute enchantments.
