Mannu is a Scamp-infested Velothi Tower northwest of Bodrum.

It will quickly become clear on entering that there is a major overpopulation of Scamps. The cause becomes clear on finding and speaking to Atreno Drenim, who cowers behind a locked door. A summoning spell of his has gone wrong and he requests an escort from the building - thus beginning the events of The Many Scamps of Mannu.
