Quick Walkthrough

1. Speak to Feldril Sathis at his Hlan Oek manor about business and sealed letter to S'Vosh.
2. Bring the Letter to S'Vosh to S'Vosh in the Limping Scrib, in Almas Thirr.
3. Return to Feldril.

Notes

• If you opened the letter, you can convince S'Vosh it was an accident with 50+ Speechcraft or 70+ disposition in order not to forfeit your reward.
• If you are of House Father rank or above, you can scold Feldril for offering you such a menial task, skipping the quest entirely.

25		I gave the sealed letter to S'Vosh. He thanked me and gave me 50 septims. S'Vosh told me to return to Feldril Sathis and tell the governor that S'Vosh will follow his orders.
50		I gave the sealed letter to S'Vosh. However, S'Vosh wasn't too happy that the seal had been broken. He told me to return to Feldril Sathis and tell the governor that S'Vosh will follow his orders.
100	Finishes quest	Feldril Sathis thanked me for delivering the sealed letter to S'Vosh.
200	Finishes quest	Feldril Sathis, governor of Hlan Oek, asked me to deliver a sealed letter to S'Vosh, a Hlaalu agent in Almas Thirr. I refused. Sathis apologised for offering such a menial task to me and wants to discuss more serious business now.
250	Finishes quest	Feldril Sathis wasn't happy about S'Vosh's death.
