Lati-An

Lati-An is an Argonian ex-slave found within Duram Balvel's house, a mer whom she describes as a friend. Nonetheless, the pair are in love. Duram's ancestors object to this union and have taken to haunting the house as a result. Lati-An seeks somebody who can intervene with these malcontent spirits.

Depending on your choices during the quest, Duram's ancestors can be induced to leave Lati-An alone (either through use of persuasion or persuasive force), or the Argonian may be killed at the behest of one spirit, Ervasi Balvel.
