Hvaldur Harrow-Hand is a Nord slave who has been put to work in the Munat Egg Mine. He keenly misses home, and wishes to return there. He will, if you intervene to free him. He has a sister, Turunstrid Harrow-Hand, who holds down a market stall in Old Ebonheart's plaza. She will be delighted to hear of his survival, having been "sure he had gotten himself killed on one of his adventures" - suggesting that he was never much of a stay-at-home kind of fellow.
