Emercius Ludoviil, trader and head of the Union of Guildless Traders and Craftsmen

Emercius Ludoviil is an Imperial trader in charge of Emercius' Quality Wares, a shop in Old Ebonheart. He is the head of the local Union of Guildless Traders and Craftsmen, although the membership of this union is unclear. He does however express pride in the organization's latest endeavor - little flags hanging above the alley.
