Bone-Eater

Bone-Eater (true name Maermir) is a frightened Wood Elf baker from Veranis who can be found in the cave of Suldunanit. While theoretically the leader of the cannibalistic Bone-Eater's Gang, he thoroughly disavows their activities. As he puts it:

"I was traveling through this region when I found a body by the side of the road -- a partly eaten bandit boss, who had been killed by an alit pack. The bandits found me there and thought it was *I* who had butchered him. They dubbed me the 'Bone-Eater' and made me their new boss... I've been playing along all this time, just to survive. So, you see, I'm innocent."

He will request that you let him live - a request which you may choose to honor, despite the sizable bounty on his head.
