Balsin Mine is a diamond mine in Sunad Mora, inhabited by the creatures that killed the miners.
Starting from Yrgjol Steelfist's Shack, head southwest to the coast then south until you reach the mouth of a river. Follow the river until it passes under two rock arches then turn west into the hills. After passing two more arches, the entrance to the mine will be in front of you.
Inside there is evidence of a massive creature attack. The skeletons of several slaves still wearing their bracers can be found in a cave to the west but no other living NPCs appear in the mine. A room to the north contains potions, books and crates containing moon sugar and food and to the east is an overturned cart with three diamonds. The bulk of the mine's treasure is to be found in the 12 diamond veins.
The cave behind the wooden slats is inaccessible, but the two diamond veins can be plundered with telekinesis magic.
A long and hard-to-find corridor leads to a cave with a collapsed Daedric portal. A dridrea and other daedra are present, as well as the corpses of two miners who dug too deep.
