Balamus Arthre

Balamus Arthre is a Dunmer thief in Bosmora. While seemingly wealthy enough to own a house, he has nonetheless been engaged in a number of daring robberies - of the Fayrs Manor, the local temple, and (during the events of Caught Off-Guard), the town's Indoril Vault. He makes use of potions of chameleon to carry out these crimes, and can be persuaded to stand down during the robbery.

His house contains plentiful lockpicks and valuable loot - but will enter a ransacked state immediately after his capture, as the town guards search it for stolen goods.
