Anashbibi

Anashbibi is an ice-covered shrine to the Daedra Prince Sheogorath in the Velothi Mountains.

It can be found by seeking the frozen lake west of Hendor-Stardumz and following the icy torrent that feeds it upstream, into the glacier itself. Frost atronachs are common here, as you might expect. The most notable loot to be found is the enchanted blade, Shard of the Borealis, found proffered before the statue to Sheogorath in the Inner Shrine.

Anashbibi is also the target of the Mages Guild quest of the same name. Ethalvora, head of the guildhall in Andothren, describes it as follows:

"According to my sources, a recent glacial collapse up in the Velothis revealed part of the legendary Daedric ruin called Anashbibi. Rumor has it that the powerful daedra Ishil-Mahon has established himself there, and that cultists are descending on the place."

In practice, the cultists are limited to a single early arrival, but Ethalvora's intelligence on Ishil-Mahon holds true, and the Daedra acts as a powerful boss at the end of the complex. He carries an Ice Crystal essential to the completion of the quest.
