Clarentavious' Staff

The staff of Uriel Septim's chief artificer, Clarentavious Valisious, who was one of the few survivors of Mehrunes Dagon's attack on the Battlespire. This staff resembles the Battlespire version closely, but does not yet appear in any release of the mods under the Project Tamriel/Tamriel Rebuilt umbrella.
