Does anybody know if Weakness to Magic makes the target more susceptible to non-damage effects like calm, fear, frenzy and paralysis? 01:35, 9 January 2012 (UTC)

Yes, it works on Frenzy. I used Poisoned to pickpocket a Weakness to Magic Poison onto a shopkeeper whom I had SetLevel 15 (double-checked that with GetLevel). Before the poison effect turned her blue, casting it returned the message that she was too powerful to Frenzy. After, she frenzied.

9th Ingredient[edit]

The Skyrim.esm holds another Ingredient with "Weakns. to Magic": MS03BlackBriarSecretIngredient

Don't know where and if you can get it, but it seems to be based on Salt pile, since it shares the same nif file.MarukiTheFaceHater 16:13, 12 August 2012 (UTC)

It's a unique version of Salt Pile. It likely had a role to play in the Promises to Keep quest that wasn't implemented in the game. —Legoless 16:39, 12 August 2012 (UTC)

Weakness to Magic and Dragon Shouts[edit]

Can anyone with the PC version test whether Weakness to Magic also affects Dragon Shouts, such as Fire Breath and Marked for Death? i.e., if I poison an enemy with Weakness to magic, will Marked for Death do more damage per second, and/or last longer? -- 01:31, 13 August 2012 (UTC)

can someone answer this cause its good question and i also want to know and if it affects shouts then that should be noted in both this page and on shouts pages Ciberzombie (talk) 19:51, 5 October 2017 (UTC)
