Jailtime Duration[edit]

The notes states he will be jailed for one week, in my game he has been jailed for much longer. The thieves guild was one of the first things I did, and I am now level 50 and 121 days in, but he is still jailed. Is anyone else seeing this? --Aezay 21:40, 25 December 2011 (UTC)

Same thing happened to me. I think until it is tested that note could be removed because for me he has been jailed for over 60 game hours (several weeks in-game).RIM 21:43, 25 December 2011 (UTC)
I see the one week is removed by now, but there is no substitute statement on the duration. Will he be staying in prison for the rest of the game? --MortenOSlash 19:44, 29 April 2012 (UTC)
I couldn't tell you how long it took (probably less than 40 hours), but he's out of jail again for me. If that were in-game time, 40 hours would translate to about a month or so (since 40 hours would be 20 days with my timescale, plus waiting/sleeping time added in). Good to know. It feels kind of better to know, even if he just is an NPC in a game and not a real person. He seems like such a likeable fellow. Maybe someone more competent than me should have a look in the Construction Kit? --MortenOSlash 20:14, 29 April 2012 (UTC)

() Alright, I don't completely understand the CK and especially scripts, but I'm pretty sure I've got this.

;Move to Prison, Maintenance
pTG00BrandSheiJail.Value = 1
Alias_TG00SPArrestGuardAlias.GetActorRef().Disable()
Alias_TG00SPArrestBrandSheiAlias.GetActorRef().MoveTo(pTG00BrandSheiJailMarker)
Alias_TG00SPArrestBrandSheiAlias.GetActorRef().SetOutfit(pPrisonerOutfit,false)
Alias_TG00SPArrestBrandSheiAlias.GetActorRef().EvaluatePackage()
RegisterForSingleUpdateGameTime(130)

That means that after 130 in-game hours (five days and ten hours) he should leave jail. Quest ID is TG00SPArrest, stage is 20. Vely►Talk►Email 20:44, 29 April 2012 (UTC)

So the occurrences of him still being held in jail are bugs? --MortenOSlash 22:53, 29 April 2012 (UTC)
If I'm reading it correctly, yes. The next quest stage has him out of prison with no time mentioned, so I would assume it must be 130 hours. Vely►Talk►Email 23:10, 29 April 2012 (UTC)
It mentions this happening on the entry for A Chance Arrangement, possibly the information there should be copied here, or at least linked to or something. 184.3.29.100 17:04, 1 June 2012 (UTC)

Last Member of House Telvanni or Clan Telvanni?[edit]

I was under the impression that Brandyl was the last remaining of the Clan Telvanni, but not necessarily the Great House. Great Houses being made up of a number of Clans and families, there are other members not of the name Telvanni. Brelyna Maryon gives the indication that Great House Telvanni still exists, even though the Clan Telvanni may be finished. --OblivionDuruza 13:46, 30 December 2011 (UTC)

It's most likely referring to the Clan Telvanni, because being born to a member of House Telvanni, for reasons you've stated, wouldn't really be that notable. Bushwhacker 23:16, 25 February 2012 (UTC)
If you have the Dragonborn DLC installed, you find there are at least two other members of House Telvanni: Neloth the wizard, who lives in Tel Mithryn on Solstheim, and you, if you complete the quest "Old Friends" for Neloth. He makes you a member as a reward at the end of this quest. The way he describes it is an open invitation to more DLC and/or modders: "If you ask Neloth what it means to be a member of House Telvanni, he will answer, 'For now, not much. But in a few decades when I return to Vvardenfell, you would be seen as Morrowind nobility. In the mean time, we would keep a bed and chest here for you'" (from the notes to "Old Friends"). Do you suppose this is the first hint of an Elder Scrolls VI set back in Morrowind...? 174.6.51.17 01:15, 12 March 2013 (GMT)
So is everyone else there. The point is that Brand-Shei is the only member of Clan Telvanni, that is known. Not House Telvanni.--Br3admax (talk) 03:11, 12 March 2013 (GMT)

Conversation between Nivenor and Brand-Shei missing from this page[edit]

The conversation begins with Nivenor wanting to buy some "Argonian sugar-cane wine" for a guest she is inviting to dinner. I only got the last two pieces of the conversation, because I ran into the conversation late and that stupid bigmouth jeweler Madesi blurted out "Buying and selling fine jewelry here!" during the part where Brand-Shei says "the Argonian sugar-cane wine?" I'll post the screenshots here, so that I can confirm that this is a real NPC conversation in-game. Since this account is new and I don't want to jump into editing so quickly, I'll just leave this up for anybody who would like to get the full quote through browsing CK to put in Brand-Shei and Nivenor's page. I uploaded the images on uesp and put it in links, so it won't crowd the talk page.

Do you have any mods installed? Looking into the CSList here on the site, I can't find anything on either Nivenor's or Brand-Shei's entries. It's possible that not everything from the actual Construction Set made it onto the site, but I kinda doubt that that would be the case. I can't really look into it myself because I don't have Skyrim for PC. •WoahBro►talk 03:19, 20 December 2014 (GMT)
Looks like this conversation exists. Searched that quote and it eventually led me to this. Strange that whoever added the conversations for Brand-Shei and myself when I worked on Nivenor's page both missed this conversation. I'll add it to both pages. Nice find! :) --Forfeit (talk) 04:10, 20 December 2014 (GMT)

Brandish Begin-Again[edit]

I've noticed there are several pages that make note of inconsistencies between the game and the creation Kit, such as Brand-shei's faction and chest being labeled as Brandish. i couldn't help but notice that in the official strategy guide it lists his name as Brandish Begin-Again which is actually just one of several NPCs who has a slightly different names in the guide a few others being At-Af-Alan, Olfina the Golden, and Bolli Trout-Purse. I was wondering if that was anything worth noting.
