Uncle's Fishy Stick Recipe

Ingredients
-1 pound fish fillet
-2 large eggs
-1 cup breadcrumbs
-1/2 cup of hard granular cheese
-1/2 cup flour
-2 tablespoons milk
-herbs and spices
-cooking oil

Instructions
1. Ignite a fire and bring it to a high heat.
2. Grease a pan with the cooking oil.
3. Cut the fish fillet into 1 inch strips.
4. In one shallow bowl, place the flour. In a second shallow bowl, beat the eggs and milk together. In a third shallow bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, granular cheese, herbs, and spices.
5. Press each fillet strip into the flour and shake any excess off. Place the floured strip into the egg mixture and make sure that it is covered. Finally, roll the fish strip in the breadcrumbs and spices.
6. Place the breaded fish strips into the pan as a single layer so that none are touching.
7. Lightly brush some cooking oil on top of the fish strips. This will help them become crispy.
8. Cook them for 15 to 20 minutes and turn them once halfway through. The fishy sticks are done when the color is golden brown and the flesh flakes easily when chopped with a fork.
