Headman's Cleaver

Headman's Cleaver is a Creation featuring the unique battleaxe Headman's Cleaver, which previously appeared in The Elder Scrolls: Blades.

Official Summary

The Bloodfall Queen has had her cleaver stolen by an old foe. Track the bandits to their hideout, and claim the Headman's Cleaver as your reward. The Queen can replace the weapon. What she desires is revenge. Quest by Kris Takahashi. (Quest "Blood in the Water" can be provided when speaking to an innkeeper to look for work.)
