I found the following lines in the game files, they may not be used, but I don't have enough save files on right moments to check them:

"Palace" topic, not sure whether it can be triggered and what the conditions are:

Some kind of addition to the "Fatboy" theme, I assume it is not used, because the theme disappears after the first request, or should appear at a later stage of the game:

3889 TELL ME ABOUT THIS GOVERNOR RICHTON.

3887 HAVEN'T SEEN HIM SINCE HIS VICTORY PARADE UP FROM THE HARBOR. NEVER LEAVES THE PALACE, THAT I'VE HEARD.

3888 PROBABLY WISE -- THE RESTLESS LEAGUE'D LIKE NOTHING BETTER THAN TO JERK OUT HIS EYES AND PISS IN THE BRAINCUP.

There may be some idle ones, but I'm not sure, it's worth checking past the script editor:
