Cegoraec

Cegoraec is a Reachman bard found in Eidean's Hut at Cranngin Camp. She is wanted for the murder of a Hammerfell merchant. Veros wants you to bring her in alive to face the Emperor's justice, but he'll still pay you if you kill her instead.
