The Shrine of St. Heceri

The Shrine of St. Heceri is a free standing shrine to the imperial saint, St. Heceri, located at the peak of Stirk Isle. Though the shrine isn't too far from the city of Stirk, it's location makes reaching it a challenge. Likely due to the difficulty it takes to reach it, the shrine only has a few modest offerings, including a few coins, a half loaf of colovian bread, and a single sample of monkshood.

For those who wish to make the trek to the shrine by foot, the easiest way to get to there would be to start from Val Ansvech Barrow. From there, walk a short ways north towards Wormusoel until you pass a large boulder on your right. Turn right there and then, when you reach a flat area, turn east and continue a short way up the slope. Once you reach a pair of trees turn north and scramble up the mountain side. When you reach the peak you should see the shrine to your right.

Another, far simpler method for those with access to levitation would be to instead leave Stirk through the east gate and head north along the path, past the graveyard, until you reach Valanyra's camp. From here, simply levitate up the cliff west of you. Once you've levitated past the steepest part of the cliff you should be able to walk the rest of the way up the slope to the shrine even in the event that your levitation effect ends before you're able to reach the peak.
