Frankly, I have not been able to find "Captain Marck" anywhere in Sentinel. The one in Stormhaven is near the pirate ship, on the island south of the Koeglin Lighthouse. As far as I have been able to determine, he doesn't offer any quest that I did not complete long before moving on to Alik'r Desert, so he has none remaining that have anything to do with the undead invasion of the docks in Sentinel. — Unsigned comment by 24.250.197.159 (talk) at 06:44 on 1 February 2016‎

He should be right at the place where you get off the boat from Rivenspire in Favor for the Queen. See here on the map. --Enodoc (talk) 10:15, 1 February 2016 (UTC)
