Umbarile is a High Elf member of the Mages Guild who will approach you on the beach to the east of the ruins of Ezduiin. She is a member of an expedition led by Telenger the Artificer.

By speaking to her, you can start the related quest:

"Thank you for talking to me. Auri-El only knows what I've had to put up with out here. That old goat won't listen to a word I say!"

What's wrong?

"I'm here with the Mages Guild expedition run by Telenger the Artificer. He's an obstinate old Elf these days. Some of my friends entered the dig site, but we haven't heard from them for hours. Now there are spirits all over the ruins!"

What do you want me to do?

"Please, go find Telenger in our camp. He's always looking for new people to boss around. You look capable. Maybe you can figure out what's going on here, where our people have gone."

After you have promised her your help, she runs away and is never encountered again.
