Sasana at-Abbas is a Redguard found in the city of Daggerfall. During Bloodthorn Assassins she'll be at the first warehouse as you head towards the northern docks. After completing the quest, you'll find her in Daggerfall Castle.

Dialogue

"Unless this is about cargo, I can't talk right now. I'm extremely busy."

Captain Aresin sent me. The King is in danger.

"The assassins are in my port? Find these snakes and kill them, but do it quietly. I don't want to start a panic."

"I'll alert the guards. If any of these conspirators get past you, we'll cut them down."

Speaking to her again:

"I'll secure the docks. Get those assassins!"

After you complete the quest and she's in the castle, she'll say:

"Assassins in my port? Thank Tall Papa you were here."
