An advocate from the Society of the Steadfast wants someone to travel to Whalefall, an island off the western coast of Amenos, to bring back evidence of the prisoners sent there.

Quick Walkthrough

1. Talk to Wayllod.
2. Talk to Advocate Inwaldawin. (Optional)
3. Enter Whalefall.
4. Look for three prisoners and collect Prisoner Documents.
5. Return to Wayllod.

Detailed Walkthrough

Wayllod will tell you: "A Society of the Steadfast advocate needs someone to investigate a small island off the western coast of Amenos. Prisoners she represented have disappeared from the Amenos stockade. She thinks they were sent to that island to die." He will instruct you: "Go to Whalefall, determine if she's right, and bring back evidence of the prisoners sent there. If we can start compiling a list of the prisoners and match it to those missing, that will help a lot."

Wayllod will also suggest you visit Advocate Inwaldawin for more information. If you choose to speak with her outside The Ancient Anchor Inn, she will tell you she is involved in a long-term project to improve conditions on Amenos. Many of the prisoners she was helping have disappeared, and the jailers have no record of what happened. She suspects they were sent to Whalefall to die.

Make your way to Whalefall in Amenos. Your task is to free three prisoners from inside this delve. Follow the quest markers to locate them. Unfortunately, you will find all three dead. Recover Prisoner Documents from their corpses.

After that, return to Wayllod to get your reward.
