Nilbedel is a Wood Elf mage and member of the Mages Guild found in the guild hall in Elden Root. She has no unique dialogue.
In Narinarth's Hut, east of Elden Root, there is a letter addressed to Nilbedel stating her husband, Ferlion, has died "investigating the disappearances of several persons to the east of Elden Root, near Desiccated Cave". It's possible Narinarth is a relation as well, given the letter's location.

- Though there is a Ferlion, a merchant in Greenshade, it's seems unlikely that he's Nilbedel's husband, as the one in Greenshade is very much alive.
