Meden Berendus is a Dark Elf guild trader and a member of the group of outlaws found inside the refuge located beneath the city of Windhelm. His stall, Berendus' Binding Sales, is on the north side of the room next to Rathsaz the moneylender. He only has generic merchant greetings.
