Andwulf will be standing outside the Pact Lodge on the southeast end of town, looking menacing. When you're not trying to get around him, he'll simply say:

"Get yourself gone, elf-slave. Your Queen has no power here."

If you decide to get into the Pact Lodge he's guarding, he'll say:

"Ho there! Can't let you in here."

I just need to step inside for a moment. No one will notice.

"No way, milk-drinker. This lodge is for members of the Ebonheart Pact only. Leave now, or you'll regret it."

[Intimidate] Look me in the eye, soldier. And say that again.
