Infrasia Vatia is an Imperial scholar who can be found, drunk, between the Great Chapel of Zenithar and The Kaladas Inn in Leyawiin. She is somewhat obsessed with Sai Sahan.

"Have you not heard the story of how he saved Leyawiin? It's the greatest tale of all time! I actually came to Leyawiin to hear some firsthand accounts.
He just sounds so … heroic."

What have you heard so far?

"Well, as the story goes, he led mercenaries here to free Leyawiin at Varen's request, but they turned traitor and started attacking him too!
But he fought his way into the city anyway, killing both mercenaries and Longhouse loyalists alike."
