Hadras is a Wood Elf found in Skywatch. He's preparing his frog, Hopper, for the races. He is one of the people you can potentially approach when attempting to source a frog as your own racer, though he is a little hesitant to give his frog up.

If you approach Hadras attempting to borrow his frog, he will greet you hesitantly:

"Uh, can I help you? Very busy here."

I hear you've got a frog. Can I race it?

"Oh! Hopper? No, no. I'm the only one that can race Hopper. He's my little amphibian baby."

[Intimidate] Give me the frog. Or I take the frog.

"Ah! Fine, fine! Just take care of him.
I'll pick him up out of the lane after the race."

Speaking with him again if you chose Hopper to race with:

"Please, please! Just don't hurt him!"

If you speak to him again before racing, with a different frog, he is good-natured:

"Good luck with your froggy! Isn't frog racing the best?"
