As you enter Captain Helane's Cabin, you'll see Helane and Sarion (or so you think) on the upper platform:

Captain Helane : "Wait, you're not my … what have you … did you poison me?"

Sarion : "Oh, my, captain, are you feeling okay?"

Captain Helane : "I'll gut you like a stuck pig … cut your eyes out … roast you …."

Crafty Lerisa : "Like you did my crew? No, that won't happen again."

Captain Helane : "Urk …."

Crafty Lerisa : "Aw. She fell down."

If you try to speak to the captain, you'll only get: "<Captain Helane doesn't seem to see you.>"

After you speak to Lerisa and collected the antidote, you have the following options:

I'll give her the antidote. [Captain Helane lives]

"<Her struggles ease as the antidote quickly takes effect. She will likely live.>"

If you try to "talk" to her again afterwards, you'll get:

"<Captain Helane is unconscious but still breathing.>"

On the other hand, if you think she should die:

I should kill her myself. [Captain Helane dies]

You immediately stab Captain Helane once, leaving her lying dead. (Her corpse and the antidote bottle can no longer be interacted with.)
