If you speak to her, she'll only say:

"So many wolves. I hate wolves. Always preferred cats myself."

Once you accept Rally Cry she'll add:

"We have to focus on retaking Camlorn. It's all we have time for right now."

After defeating Faolchu, she'll say:

"Thanks to you, Camlorn is no longer under Faolchu's mangy paw."

• Unlike the other members of the rescue team who move further into Camlorn as you liberate portions of the city, Binlay stays at her original location outside the palisades.
