Aroth Sadri is a Dark Elf priest found at the Mages Guildhall in Mournhold. You'll find him in the west side of the courtyard loggia. He's here with his employer, Sodra Hlaalu.

He tells you about his mistress and their work.
- "I tried to find one of the magisters to assist my lady, but no one's available."
- What does your lady need?
- "She's hoping to purchase a portal. She wants to go shopping in Windhelm, but she wants to avoid the long boat trip."
- Does your lady buy portals often?
- "Not everyday, no. But it's not unusual for us to zoom off to some distant location every few weeks or so."
