Tax Records[edit]

He's mentioned on the Tax Records that crop up as part of the Thieves Guild quest as having paid 2 coins. — Unsigned comment by Jadrax (talkcontribs) on 26 January 2007

Son of Mankar[edit]

The sentence stating that Raven is the son of Mankar was just deleted with the explanation that "he is not actually the son of mankar camoran, he just calls him father." However, I don't see where there's any information suggesting it's not a true father/son relationship. Whereas there are other statements that they are truly related. For example, Eldamil says:

You're the one who killed Raven and Ruma. They told me about you, when I was still in their father's favor... And now you're here to kill their father.

Furthermore, there's the fact that they share a surname, and the fact that Raven and Ruma are the two people by Mankar's side in the final battle. I don't see why we should doubt that they are related. --NepheleTalk 16:35, 2 May 2009 (EDT)

Filthy Pickpocket![edit]

I didn't see this mentioned in either this article or in The Path of Dawn page, but thought it might be worth pointing out. Raven Camoran seems to be one of the NPCs that doesn't care if you try to steal from him (like Glarthir). If he catches you picking his pockets, he just says "Oh go ahead, I don't need it anyway." (especially ironic when he catches you trying to steal the Conspiracies book or his key).

This makes getting the book and key from him via pickpocketing pretty easy since you can sneak behind him and try repeatedly until you get them. The Path of Dawn article mentions picking his pocket, but doesn't say anything about needing to remain undetected.

Out of curiosity, does anyone know what it is that makes an NPC not care about you stealing from them? 128.187.0.164 04:27, 11 January 2010 (UTC)

It is a unique attribute that only the NPCs have, it's called Responsibility. Any NPC with a responsability bigger of 30 will report your crimes to the guards and since both Raven and Glarthir have a responsiblity less than 30, they won't mind if you pickpocket them. --MC S'drassa T2M 15:51, 11 January 2010 (UTC)

No ring on respawn during Camoran battle[edit]

The article states that Raven respawns with a new ring every time, but I'm not seeing this to be the case. Ruma does, indeed, respawn with a new staff each time, but Raven isn't dropping multiple Mundane Rings for me. Can anyone verify? 72.201.69.181 15:48, 7 November 2011 (UTC)

I have completed paradise many times and he always has a new mundane ring. One of the ways in which I made money was to kill him over and over to get lots of mundane rings to sell. It is probably just a once off glitch for you. RIM 17:22, 7 November 2011 (UTC)
Every time he respawns, his inventory is generated again through the leveled lists, the same with Ruma. So I don't see why one would work while the other doesn't...Does he have any ring on him when he respawns? --DKong27 Tk Ctr Em 17:25, 7 November 2011 (UTC)
Strange. I guess it must have been a one-off glitch then, like RIM said. Ah well. 72.201.69.181 04:43, 12 November 2011 (UTC)
