Yet another one?[edit]

Ok, there's really something wrong with this guy. Either his schedule is bugged or he has some random packages, why? Well, during his schedule research I found out that he has some random schedule at certain times, especifically from 10am to 2pm and from 6pm and forward. At these times he just keeps coming back and forth from the Chapel of Dibella to the Main Gate and he also never sleeps (I found him awake at 4am). I don't know if by having the KotN installed his schedule changes, I think that it wouldn't since he doesn't play a part in the questline. So, could someone with access to the CS (and probably to the KotN), check if he's bugged or if his schedule changes with the plug-in, please? --MC S'drassa T2M 17:20, 28 December 2009 (UTC)

Without KotN, this is what he does:
6am-10am - wanders by the front gate
2pm-6pm - wanders near the castle gate / chapel
6pm-8pm - eats
10pm-6am - sleep
Outside those times he wanders near his start location (bedroll near the main gate)
If it starts raining at any point, he stops what he's doing and stands under the eaves of Morvayn's Peacemakers
With KotN, that schedule is all still there, but there's a new package in the highest priority slot: listen to the Prophet from 10am for 10 hours. That means he should still sleep, but he'll no longer eat. –rpehTCE 17:40, 28 December 2009 (UTC)
Thank you, rpeh! I really needed this info since it's the last beggar in my list, so now I just need to find out how to explain this discrepancy. Thanks again :) --MC S'drassa T2M 17:47, 28 December 2009 (UTC)
In my game, Olvus never sleeps and just stands near his bedroll all night long, doing absolutely nothing. That should probably be mentioned on his page as well, with a bug description and all. Unless, of course, that this is something that only happens in my game. Krusty 11:25, 30 December 2009 (UTC)
So, it wasn't just a one off bug then? Just like Krusty, I had the same problem: When I fast-traveled to Anvil I arrived at 4am and, indeed, he was still awake. My guess is that his new schedule once the KotN has been installed (listen to the prophet's ranting) lasts more than ten hours, just like rpeh described. So we may need a double check from the CS to see if it lasts more than ten hours, otherwise it may be a bug introduced by the plug-in. --MC S'drassa T2M 16:00, 30 December 2009 (UTC)
