No Tribunal stuff chests

I have Bloodmoon and Tribunal installd, but I only see Bloodmoon stuff chests in this cell. 71.3.69.212 23:51, 30 April 2009 (EDT)

Thanks for pointing that out. Tribunal doesn't add any chests to this cell so I've deleted that part of the comment. –Rpeh^{•T•C•E•} 00:37, 1 May 2009 (EDT)

Reference to Todd Howard?

Isn't 'Todd' a reference to Todd Howard? I see a much less known programmer in the notes-list, but do not see Todd Howard. Doesn't he deserve that honor aswell? Or is this a reference to an other Todd?
