Demon, Devil, Fiend series[edit]

A quick examination of these reveals several things:

  1. The enchantments are not consistent (different effects & magnitudes)
  2. The "Demon" series is worth a lot more, even though it doesn't have a shield effect

Can someone do a full check & confirm/note this? Alphax 23:44, 6 February 2008 (EST)

I have recently done a full check on this and I can confirm these are the correct values. This is not the only inconsistent series, e.g. the "Cruel", "Dire" and "Wild" series. --DrPhoton 03:51, 7 February 2008 (EST)

Hlaalu gaurd Wrath[edit]

After I stole the sword of white woe in balmora, the Hlaalu gaurd saw me and attacked. I killed him, but now whenever I see a Hlaalu gaurd they attack. Why? Have I earned a death warrent for stealing the sword? I didn't have a bounty beforehand.— Unsigned comment by 24.56.60.76 (talk)

You got a bounty for theft (of the sword), assult (on the guard), and murder (the same guard). That's a lot of charges, so it's a big bounty.--Michaeldsuarez (Talk)/(Contribs) 19:07, 21 March 2008 (EDT)
Plus, the fact that the sword is worth 17000 is enough to get a death warrant out for you. Sorry, but if you're looking for a good sword, and you can't get it without getting caught, don't try to take this one unless you can get it erased at the theives guild. — Unsigned comment by Justeazy (talkcontribs) on 26 May 2009

Steel Blade of Heaven[edit]

Where exactly can I find these from, if they're so generic? Personally I think the whole 50 levitation clicky is spectacular, and seeing the minimal weight, carrying more than one wouldn't encumber me, either. Talmsa Falas (if I recall), a dead person by a doorway leading to the further depths of Odirniran has one, and it's the only one I've found. Help? :( — Unsigned comment by 88.195.60.41 (talk)

It's generic because it is present in this leveled list, but I don't know right now where you can find it. --DrPhoton 09:12, 28 March 2008 (EDT)

Chrysamere[edit]

Don't forget to add this spectacular weapon, a 2 handed sword, to the list (upwards of 70 damage per blow from physical characteristics alone). You get it after winning the leadership of the Imperial Legion, though you have to fight its owner (the knight-general) to do so.

And I too wish I wrote down the location of Steel Blade of Heaven #2... I had them both once a few years back in a game, but cannot recall where I found it. Pretty much you have to do every quest in the game, as well as explore every nook and cranny you find to get all the best goodies (and have a treasure house in every major city as well!). Yes, not very helpful. So it goes. — Unsigned comment by Modrah K'Landoro (talkcontribs) on 19 November 2008

Chrysamere is indeed a powerful weapon, which is why it gets its own page as well as a section on the Weapon Artifacts page. –RpehTCE 02:45, 19 November 2008 (EST)

Bow of Sanguine Sureflight[edit]

I see this is listed both under Generic Magic Weapons, as well as Unique. Which is it? — Unsigned comment by 75.129.97.139 (talk) at 21:08 on October 1, 2011

It should probably be removed from 1 page. I don't know if its appearance listed on unique items is its only, so I don't know where to remove it. Could someone with Morrowind CS check? --DKong27 Tk Ctr Em 04:05, 2 October 2011 (UTC)

Is 0 skill really impossible?[edit]

The article mentions that having skills at 0 is impossible. What if you've been to jail a lot? 173.79.128.237 05:19, 16 September 2022 (UTC)

flying viper[edit]

These enchanted throwing knives deal poison damage on touch and fortify marksman on self, which are triggered with cast on strike.

From my experience with enchanting Dwarven throwing darts, the on self spell effect impacts the target who is hit by the thrown weapon, not the person who threw it. This is the case with Bound Weapon/Armor effects at least.

Can anyone confirm if the Flying Viper throwing knives succeed in boosting the player's marksman skill? If it behaves otherwise I think an asterisk/footnote is warranted. Chill fridge (talk) 08:33, 20 June 2023 (UTC)
