Elenwen[edit]

There was a discussion about this on another page, and, according to Jeancey, there can be no more posts on that discussion, because it's necroposting. So I'm starting a discussion here about it. Anyway people, do you think it's an Eeaster egg or the same person? I'll give with thoughts on this:

Easter egg possibilities:

Likely, Bethesda could've added a female High Elf with the same name in their three games (Morrowind, Skyrim, and Online), and wanted to know if anyone was smart enough to connect it.

Same NPC possibilities:

Likely, High elves live a long life.

Unlikely, a very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very minor NPC (i.e., a nobody basically) couldn't just become a Thalmor ambassador.

Well people, what do you think about this? DGAny Questions? 20:18, 1 May 2014 (GMT)

I don't think it's either really. Elenwen is probably just be a very popular Altmer name, like John or Mary. •WoahBro►talk 20:27, 1 May 2014 (GMT)
Maybe your right. But my opinion (it can't really be confirmed by fact) is that it's possible it could be an Easter egg or same NPC. Anything is. DG#:) 20:33, 1 May 2014 (GMT)
i mean, why not ? Maybe it could be the same person. There is the possibility that she was working for the thalmor already in the late third era as a spy in morrowind and then maybe rose through the ranks during the years. There is no record of how active they were after Tiber Septim conquered the Summerset, and before their recapturing of it in the early 4th era.--The Hlaalu (talk) 20:23, 20 December 2014 (GMT)
The point is it is all speculation, there is nothing definitive to say they are the same person, so we can't list that anywhere. It you want to speculate further, the forums would be a great place for that. Jeancey (talk) 18:56, 21 December 2014 (GMT)
