Morrowind talk:Duel with Bolvyn Venim

I am working on the house Redoran quests and have just been given the task of dueling Bolvyn Venim. The problem is that there is no duel option when I speak to him. I've left the room, talked to other NPC's and nothing. Any ideas????

I have beaten Venim in the Arena, and everyone calls me Archmaster, but I never received the last Journal entry to close the quest, even though I have spoken with Athyn Sarethi for all of his subjects. --Brf 09:09, 21 May 2008 (EDT)

Well, if you're on PC, you can close out the quest via the console, it shouldn't really effect anything though.--Ratwar 12:48, 21 May 2008 (EDT)

Any of my throwing weapons seem to pass through him. I can see them just move on after hitting him by strafing to the side. Does he have no clipping for ranged weapons, and why? 83.163.2.106 16:23, 2 August 2009 (UTC)

Bolvyn Venim not in Arena glitch

There's a glitch where Bolvyn Venim may not appear in Arena after challenging you. This apparently may be related to Mod packages. If you experience this, use the console to place him in Arena with PlaceAtPc "Bolvyn Venim" 1,1,1
