Cunius the Clam[edit]

Every time I try to talk to Cunius Pelelius, he just says, "We have nothing to discus. Excuse me." followed by an automatic Goodbye. I'm afraid I haven't been able to confirm the trigger for this change of attitude, but I believe it may have to do with the quest to shut down the ebony mine.

  • I completed the Temple quest with no trouble.
  • I am not Redoran, so did not do the ledger quest.
  • I shut down the mine by freeing the slaves.
  • The page for the Redoran quest does state that freeing the slaves early will make it impossible to complete that quest.

Perhaps somebody can confirm the trigger and add this in. It could mean a quest conflict with the Temple quest and another quest. LordXenophon (talk) 06:28, 3 May 2013 (GMT)

That happens after you force him to cough up 3 pieces of raw ebony in the quest Donation from Cunius Pelelius. As mentioned on the main page, you can get him to talk to you by stripping. --67.247.12.46 07:26, 5 April 2023 (UTC).
